    Yes, that is probably the original, though I wouldn’t exactly call it Techno. More like electronica. Anyway, I tracked the original riders in this movie and dropped them an email, if they care they’ll probably contact youtube and if they don’t care I guess it doesn’t matter.

    It’s indeed from Japan, I believe it first appeared on youtube back in 2006. It has since be removed. I am sure its creators will be thrilled to hear it’s back on youtube with a new soundtrack and some random dude claiming it is him.
